Our steel weighbridge decks offer higher strength, greater reliability and faster installation than conventional systems. Their simple foundations, fast, bolt-down sitting and innovative box construction have made them the preferred choice of operators across the country. You can choose either a Surface Mounted or a Pit Mounted Truck Scale depending on the space availability. The platform of the truck scale is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
Our pit weighbridges provide the ultimate solution for busy sites. In addition to our standard range of products, we can also replace aging electro-mechanical pit weighbridges without the need for expensive and disruptive civil modifications to the existing pit. Special load cell supports, together with our ability to build non-standrad sizes of weighbridges from existing module designs, ensure we can replace your old weighbridge in the shortest of times. Our proprietary technology allows us to install pit weighbridges on sloping terrain. This can be very beneficial where space is at a pr..
The modular weighbridge is used to weigh road vehicles and construction machines up to a maximum weight of 60 tonnes. The metal bridge is modular in design to facilitate transport, handling and installation and this also reduces the need for maintenance of the load-bearing surface. WITH A HEIGHT OF ONLY 31 CM its bulk is therefore much reduced in height, making it the ideal solution for raised mounting where ramp space is limited. In certain situations this can also be installed as a pit version, when there are problems associated with room for the foundation
